The last question of this questionnaire requires a YS or NO anwser but, I have no idea about the reviews of other customers, so I have to answer "NO", because I don't have any idea.

Kindness of the staff at the reception. Help for tickets for performances and others.
Towels in the bathroom. Twice only one for two!

Location. Also we needed a triple room with 3 single beds, hard to find in London.
For the first night our rooms were in the basement despite the fact that we had requested rooms on higher floors when booking. The rooms in the basement were so bad - virtually no natural light at all. However we were moved for the second night which was a great improvement.
